Weld on Rock Sliders for your Nissan Pathfinder

ryan-welding-slidersFinding a pair of production rock sliders for Nissan Pathfinders isn’t easy,  but Trail-Gear has been making weld on rock sliders for Toyota’s which coincidentally work out really well.

I recently ordered up a 67″ set from Trail-Gear along with the plate and gusset kit for use on my 1990 Nissan Pathfinder. After cutting the standoff tubes to length locating the inner slider tube directly under the pinch seam on the rocker panel, the slider was angled up at 30 degrees. This put the sliders in a functional position as well as made them visually pleasing.

Radflo Piggyback Reservoir Shocks for 1st Gen. Xterra & Frontier

radflow-piggy-back-edit--smRadflo has been building high performance piggyback reservoir shocks for the 1st generation Xterra & Frontier for years overseas. They are now looking to build them for us here in the U.S. I’ve been thinking about helping them to get this going here in the states if there are people interested. The front shocks will retail at $225.00 each and the rears at $245.00 each. Trail-Gear 58″ Rock Sliders

Trail-Gear 58" Rock SlidersMade from 1 3/4″ X .120 round tubing. Legs can be be cut to length to allow for different mounting positions.

Rock Sliders are a great way of protecting the rocker panels of your Tacoma pickup or 4Runner. Heavy duty design can take a pounding from the rocks while keeping body damage to a minimum. Strong enough to take the entire weight of the truck. A high-lift jack can be used anywhere along it’s length for repositioning of rig or axle servicing. Sold in pairs.

Made from 1 3/4″ X .120 round tubing. Bars come with the outer section welded but the legs are not attached. Legs are pre-notched and can be be cut to length to allow for different mounting positions.

Note: 58″ & 67″ Rock Sliders are now made from seamless DOM material. 78″ sliders are made from HREW material.
