Constructed using laser crafted components, these kits utilize the most modern manufacturing techniques found in todayÂ’s suspension systems. Our systems include new replacement cast steering knuckles, front differential drop brackets to correct pinion angle, and easy to install 1 piece MIG-welded subframes. Standard equipment includes a heavy duty center skid plate that bolts to the lower subframe for increased strength and protection, extended front and rear stainless steel brake lines, and rear Monotube Gas Shocks w/boots. Powdercoat finish, and top quality plated hardware provides corrosion resistance, and long service life.

 

This complete kit is built and designed for the 2WD Frontier Pickup. Featured in our system are our signature plate style upper control arms which allow for factory alignment after the lift is installed. Also included in the kit are CALMINI heavy duty torsion bars and our add-a-leaf system to help smooth out the ride and increase payload capacity. The complete suspension system also includes Vecton control arm bushings, sleeves, new ball joints, laser cut precision bent shackles and hardware, rear sway bar links, bump stop extensions, CALMINI performance shocks, complete hardware, and installation instructions. The best setup to pre-run your Frontier or tackle off-road trails.

 

These perfectly designed upper control arms are built to be used with the 3&#34 suspension system and will allow for perfect alignment every time. The CALMINI arms are precision laser cut from 3/8&#34 plate steel and will last longer than the life of the truck! These are the strongest and most durable arms available for your Frontier…accept no substitutes or imitations. The complete kit comes with the pair of upper control arms with integrated bump stop pads, eight(8) Vecton bushings, four(4) machined sleeves, and two(2) new upper ball joints with complete mounting hardware. These are the only arms to use if you wheel your rig.
