Special Order Item, Allow 8 – 10 weeks for delivery CALMINI Products all new 2005-2008 Nissan Xterra 4WD lift system is now available. Constructed using laser crafted components, these kits utilize the most modern manufacturing techniques found in todayÂ’s suspension systems. Our systems include new replacement cast steering knuckles, front differential drop brackets to correct pinion angle, and easy to install 1 piece MIG-welded subframes. Standard equipment includes a heavy duty center skid plate that bolts to the lower subframe for increased strength and protection, extended front and rear stainless steel brake lines, and rear Monotube Gas Shocks w/boots. Powdercoat finish, and top quality plated hardware provides corrosion resistance, and long service life.

 

This kit is designed for the 2005-08 xterra that is not equipped from the factory with alignment bolts. During production on the 2005 models, Nissan switched to straight bolts on all models. This kit will allow for an alignment with 2-3&#34 of lift or even up to 5&#34 of suspension lift. NOTE: NISSAN DISCONTINUED FACTORY CAMBER BOLTS MIDWAY THROUGH THE 2005 PRODUCTION YEAR. FOR THESE REASON WE OFFER THEM TO ALLOW FOR A CORRECT FACTORY ALIGNMENT. THESE ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL LIFTED LATE MODEL NISSANS REGARDLESS OF THE MANUFACTURER OF THE FRONT END LIFT COMPONENTS.

 

This CALMINI suspension kit will lift the front of the Frontier by 2-2.5&#34 over stock and bring the rear up to allow the vehicle to sit level. The complete kit consists of machined aluminum spacers finished in a high quality blue anodized finish with laser marking, laser cut rear shackle plates, matching metric sleeves and complete replacement hardware. This system will allow for increased articulation and ground clearance. Vehicle will require a front end alignment once the kit is installed. NOTE: IF YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH CAM BOLTS FROM THE FACTORY, THEY WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN ORDER TO ALIGN THE VEHICLE.
