Trail-Gear – Front Bumper Winch Mount for 84-88 Toyota Pickup
If your looking at building your own front bumper this mount makes a great starting point. This winch mount bolts on to the six factory holes found on 1984-1988 Pickups and 1984-1989 4unners. 1984-1985 body style requires drilling two additional holes in plate. Made from 1/4" plate steel. Also fits 1989-1995 models at four attachment points. Two inch receiver tubing is also included. Plate is pre drilled for 5000-9500 low profile winches. Also includes holes for 9.0R Warn competition winch. Designed for use with steel or aluminum hawse fairlead. When building bumper, additional mounting points from bumper to frame are required if used for heavy winching. If using a winch with an integrated solenoid, such as the Warn 9500, trimming of the front plastic grill will be necessary. Unpainted finish.

Our SAS kits include a front diff armor plate, upper axle gusset wheel bearing and knuckle service kits. Items most others charge extra for. To install your solid axle kit you're going to need a rear matching lift kit, solid front axle from a 79-85 Pickup or 4Runner, and a long spline drive shaft. We offer our kits in three different heights. The hangers and shackles included with each kit add one inch of lift. Thus our 3" spring kit has 4" lift and our 4" kit would be 5" of lift. Note: On V6 installations, we recommend moving the front hanger forward 3/4". This allows the tie rod to clear the stock 4wd oil pan. It also kicks the shackles forward slightly helping the springs to carry the heavier load of the V6 motor.
