No one wants this project wrapped up more than I do at this point..

In General the Rugged Rocks recovery has had steady momentum over the last few months.
At this point restoring website organization, updating pricing, and overall regaining web traffic to get operations back to normal is a main foundational need to grow into the future.
Over the last 20 years I had properly managed thousands upon thousands of web URL’s to keep all URL’s from forums posts and other social history appropriately active and easily searchable in the search engines. This is a main pillar of what kept Rugged Rocks going. When the old system cashed I lost much of that information. Working with what I have to restore all 20 years of those online links and resources has been a lot of tedious probem solving to do in a organized and efficient way.
Once I get through this, I can start having fun again and launch into the future.

I do have some previously unreleased products that people have been interested for many years.. the time to make those items a reality for the masses might be some of the first things that happen once the past is sqeaky clean, and we’re are getting close.

Overall things are shaping up personally and professionally.

The new website was launched prematurely due to the old server having a multifacented hardware failure. The majority of the product descriptions were jumbled on import to the new system leaving a massive mess to clean up. In addition the products are not categorized / easy to find right now. I’m pushing forward doing my best to get the website and foundational systems cleaned up and operating smoothly.. not only again, but in a more optimized way than in the past. I’m still a one man show and this is still a small company. The current workload in rebuilding the foundation, maintaining current staus quo, expanding the catalog, and building new developments has been a lot to manage on this journey back to level ground especially recovering from extremely deep neurodivergant burnout caused by long term narasistic abuse. Although I am a dedicated and high capacity worker, the current workload has been a lot to manage. I am returning e-mails / phone calls, and processing orders as quickly as I can duirng this process. Expect varying delays. The best time to reach me drectly by phone is after 1PM PST as my primary focus is staying focused rebuilding and restabilizing everyting for a sustainable and favorable future for those on both sides of the equation.  This is year 20. Granted I took a heavily scaled back hiatus in 2025 into 2026. During that time, I heard from a lot of people. Some expressing gratitude for being here for so long, and others getting more specific on how impactful Rugged Rocks has been over the years. It’s place in the market, and the things that are still needed, were all great feedback and things to consider for next steps. It really made me stop, look back in disbelief, that I had such an impact over all these years starting back in the mid 2000’s. I was just riding the wave of what was needed, always just focused on what was next. Teaching and filling in the gaps to make building these, often overlooked, vehicles easier. That’s really all I wanted to do here, was have a positive impact. It wasn’t to compete, but rather just solve problems. At some point along the way, for compounded reasons, I pulled my personality away from the brand and felt like my job was done as the newer vehicles had all the bases covered once I handled the initial gear and locker options release. Subsequent product launches seemed to have dwindling impact. Other brands have come and go, focusing on the second gen xterra and frontier suspension, titan swaps etc which is why my involvement in that space had historically been limited. Being that the landscape has shifted the last few years and due to the feedback I got over the last year… I’m reconsidering a number of previously discontinued and also unreleased products. Most importantly, I want to reconnect with the community in real life, and meet new Nissan 4×4 owners on the trail. Afterall, this whole thing started as being just a kid in the community that saw a need and wanted to make a difference. 
The new website is coming together as a lot was lost in the server crash last year, but overall, things are taking shape nicely. Rugged Routes is taking shape as well, and I look forward to wrapping up the optimized rebuild so I can focus on exciting and forward facing goals that I’m sure many people will be happy to see as well. 

For now, There is a batch of motor mounts coming out of production, just waiting on powder coat, which should start shipping late next week. It is a small batch but I do plan on keeping a small qty on the shelf for these older trucks with the 3.0 & 3.3 v6. (Pathfinder/ Hardbody, Xterra / Frontier )
