| Shipping Policy:
All shipments will be made via UPS ground or UPS 3 day select dependant upon the customers preference. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship within 24-48 hours
after being processed Monday through Friday. Occasionally, due to manufacture's
backorder status, shipping within 24-48 hours is not possible. While this is
rare it is unfortunately out of our control. If we are unable to ship any item
in your order with 24-48 business hours you will be notified by email.
Free Shipping Conditions:
Your order may recieve free shipping within the lower 48 States if it meets one or more of the following requirements:
- Under 100 lbs. and Over $500 You get Free UPS Ground
(Does not apply to wheels and tires)
- Free UPS Ground on all Radio Equipment over $100
- Free Truck Freight on Select Items Throughout the Store
If you place an order meeting one or more of these requirements and you reside outside of the lower 48 States, you will recieve an additional bill in your e-mail to cover shipping costs via Paypal.

Damaged Shipments:
Occasionally products are damaged during shipping. If your shipment is damaged in anyway please Contact Us as quickly as possible.
Keep the original shipping box and packaging material as well as the
manufactures packaging. If the damage is visible prior to opening the
manufactures packaging please do NOT open it. Again, retain all original
shipping and packaging and notify us as quickly as possible. We can assure you
we'll resolve this in a timely manner.
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for products that have been used or removed from the
manufactures packaging. Requests for returns must occur within 30 days from
the order.
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer and are not reimbursed. There is no
restocking fee for returns. Refunds for authorized returns will be processed once the merchandise is received. No
C.O.D. returns will be accepted. No returns without an RMA# will be accepted.

Exchanges also require a RMA # and as with returns shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer. Read the "Return Policy" for information on
requesting an RMA #. Requests for exchanges must occur within two weeks from the
order. Exchanges will also be charged a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges will
be processed once merchandise is received. No C.O.D. exchanges will be
accepted. No exchanges without an RMA# will be accepted. |
